]Born to a smaller clan on Mandalore, Ka’ra was raised from birth to become a silent, unseen stalker, able to move amongst the emptiness of the forest or the bustling insanity of the towns. However, she quickly learned that being able to move unseen and unheard in a small community was an even greater feat than either of the others. Ka’ra, though small and agile, was caught time and again sneaking through the village well after she had been put to bed for the night.
Chastened each time for her reckless nature, she never lost the desire to be able to move through any location without other noticing. Throughout her early years and pre-teens, Ka’ra would continue this habit of behaving for different lengths of time before once again trying to slip past the sentries and watching neighbors and into the dense forests.
Finally, at fourteen, she succeeded. Then again. And again. Until finally, she was able to go where she pleased, when she felt like it. This proved an invaluable skill when she turned sixteen and her father took her out for a hunt that would prove that Ka’ra was ready to join the adult world.
First climbing to the lower branches of the trees and then taking advantage of her small size to allow her to pad along the boughs, she was able to not only hunt unheard, but unseen. Her target? Her own father. Once they had traveled deep into the forest to where only thin game trails broke the undergrowth, her father had left her to find him and take him out with a stun blast.
From her high vantage point in the trees, Ka’ra was able to track his movements, as well as the many animals below, as she slowly closed in. Eventually, she caught up to her father, then realized that her location would be easy to find, should she miss. Not only that, but it was predictable: the entire hunt had been moving southward.
So instead of taking the easy shot and finishing the hunt, Ka’ra would slip through the canopy like a wraith until she had move in a wide arc, taking her behind her father. Finally, as her father lay apparently asleep in the undergrowth, invisible except for a small glint of blue armour, Ka’ra made her move, dropping from the trees like the native predators and aiming the blaster at the weak point in her father’s armour just below the arm…and stopped, instead calling out and waking him.
Upon his questioning, she reasoned that by stunning him, she would have lost a potential ally for several hours, leaving her completely alone in the forest unnecessarily. Satisfied, her father took her back to the clan.
More recently, she has continued honing her skills and taking on more and more difficult targets on the forest moon, helping to keep a supply of fresh meat at hand for the tiny Mandalorian outpost, supplied by her non-sentient targets, as well as expressing interest in moving to Keldabe, in order to stay better connected with the people and events taking place, before finally striking out on her own.

Wary and slow to anger, Ka’ra is calculating and careful to make any move that might give her away if she should make a mistake. However, if she is angered, her mouth can sometimes run away with her. She is uncomfortable in large groups of people and thus prefers to avoid heavily populated urban sprawls unless absolutely necessary. She greatly enjoys using her hands and can often be found fashioning small items out of local plants and debris.
