BIOGRAPHY: She was born illegitimately, the daughter of a wealthy businessman and his brother's prize Lethan dancer. Ersu Nolin helped the pregnant slave slip away from his brother's house before he discovered her pregnancy and made retrieving Nolin's child more difficult. Keeping the female's location secret until she had given birth, he was disappointed that the child was not only female, but lacked the skin pigmentation of her mother.
He approached his brother, confessing that his slave had escaped with his help since she had become pregnant after one of the brother's guards had forced favors from her. The slave had been afraid and come to him for assistance since he was a neutral party. He claimed that he waited for the child to be born in hopes it would be male and make a bad situation better. He lied further, stating the child had died at birth and the slave had run away with a man, that he presumed was the guard who supposedly forced himself on her. In reality he had sold both the child and the female to a Hutt for a handsome price. A few months later the brother discovered what had really happened, but before he could exact revenge Nolin anonymously arranged for one of his brother's rivals to kill him.
Del was not kept long by the Hutt and after changing owners a few more times found herself in the custody of a Black Sun Vigo by the name of Bolic Torven, who treated her almost like his own child. His intentions were for her to serve as visual entertainment for his guests and offer him companionship in a non-intimate fashion. She was given a dance instructor, the best in the system, and schooling so that she could hold polite, intelligent conversation.
Whens he was 10 years old Torven's Estate was attacked by a band of mercenaries with the intention of putting an end to the Vigo. She and Torven were holed up in one of the estate's more secure rooms, the men loyal to him present to defend them, including a Mandalorian, Jace Kyra'den. The intruders found them and during the battle one of them managed to get passed the defenders and attempted to snatch Torven. In a daring move Del picked up a blaster from a fallen combatant and fired at the man after Torven, successfully killing him. Once the fight was over and the mercenaries all slain, Torven mentions to Kyra'den of the girl's success in killing one of the assailants. He comes to the decision that she is better suited as a bodyguard and, raising Kyra'den's pay, ceases Del's dance instructions and has all of her attention focused on learning the Mandalorian way of combat. Though he teaches he much more than just fighting, he teaches her everything about the Mandalorian way.
At the age of 15 she accompanies Torven on all of his business dealings. Everyone believes her to be eye candy as she is dressed scantily like any Twi'lek would be. Years pass, she continues to guard the Vigo and learn from Kyra'den until 0 ABY when Torven finally meets his end.
A small Rebel band infiltrates the casino where Torven is meeting with an associate and take over their private conference room. It appears that Torven's associate was in possession of stolen Alliance security codes and the Rebels had come to retrieve them. Shooting broke out between the man and the Rebels. Torven in an attempt to bring order was shot by accident. Del was unable to save him, though she tried.
Kyra'den, knowing that Torven's rivals would come to tear his estate apart and fight for his position, took Del away and for a short time they did odd jobs together. One day, Del left his company and set out to find the Rebels responsible for the Vigo's death. She joined the Rebellion long enough to bring about their deaths and while in their service she met Aurn Maro, her future husband. In later years she would join him in forming a band of Mandalorians under the employ of Warlord Moff Valatine.
DETAILED LIST OF PERSONALTY TRAITS/ HABITS/ QUIRKS: For the first few years after the Vigo's death Del was almost like a ghost, never showing any emotion. Her seeming control would earn a Falleen's respect, or so those around her would say. Once she had exacted her revenge on the men responsible she began to loosen up, as though she had freed herself.
She is full of fire now, passionate, dedicated, confident, educated, and efficient at whatever task she is performing, whether it be killing or loving. It is advised never to cross Del, for she can be a formidable opponent, one that even when beaten refuses to stay down.
Her strength lies in fooling those against her into believing she is small and weak. Her stature hides her strength and quickness. Due to her early dance training she is quite graceful and balanced when fighting. She is an excellent shot with most blasters, though she lacks the patience of a sniper.
WEAPONS AND BASIC EQUIPMENT: She carries a DL-44, an old DC-15S, a vibroblade tucked into her boot, and a hydrospanner for "special occasions". In her belt pouches she carries extra ammo, explosives and medical supplies. She also has an ammo strap that goes across her chest.
ARMOR WEAPON ATTACHMENTS: She wears a very simple set of armor, without a bunch of complicated weapon systems. Her right gauntlet houses a retractable vibroblade, the left a BlasTech Dur-24 wrist laser and her boots have toe-spikes.

BIOGRAPHY: Born in 27BBY on Concord Dawn, Aurn lived a simple life throughout most of the Clone Wars. Aurn, his two brothers and their sister, were raised by
their father after the death of his mother due to a machinery accident on their farm. At this time, his father resigned his formal commission with the local branch of the Protectorate to see to his estate and children.
Towards the end of the war, Aurn had his first encounter with a Jedi - and the man that would shape the rest of his life. After a long day of helping out on the farm, Aurn was relaxing on the roof of his home, acting out in the clouds the space battles he had heard about from friends of his father's. Into his make believe warzone tore, first, one ship belching smoke from a damaged engine, then another vessel, guns blazing. The lead vessel was hit again, spun wildly, and eventually nose-dived into one of the Maro's farthest fields. Aurn, grabbing up his hunting rifle, slid down the side of the house and tore off through the fields to see what had happened.
Halfway to the crash site, he heard a rustling in the crops around him. Rifle at the ready, he proceeded more cautiously until a hand emerged and grabbed his leg, dragging him to the ground. His assailant was a Jedi Knight, and escapee from the justice meted out by Order 66, and begged the boy for protection. A squad of clone troppers detached to hunt down and terminate the Jedi happened upon the pair; the Jedi snatched up the boy and, using him as a personal shield, ordered the troopers to stand down as he backed further into the crops. Calmly and quickly, Aurn lashed out, kicking the Jedi, who dropped him - the clones instantly opened fire. The Jedi managed to redirect the first few bolts, killing two of the eight troopers, but was eventually overpowered and defeated.
The squad's commander took pity on the child and personally escorted him back to the family's homestead; this solidified Aurn's desire to be a professional soldier for the Galactic Empire.
Over the next ten years, Aurn and his father would argue about the boy's desire to join the Empire. The debate was academic until the Empire began to openly recruit civilians to further bolster its military might. The day of his eighteenth birthday, Aurn transmitted his application to the Imperial Academy on Carida and was accepted within the week. His father, still with reservations, congratulated his son and wished him the best of luck in his training.
Over the next year, Aurn was put through all the rigorous and grueling training for which the Caridan Academy was famous. He successfully graduated with honors and the rank of sergeant. For the next nine years he served with distinction in the subjugating of numerous rebellious forces and was eventually promoted to the rank of Stormtrooper Commander. At this point, he was transferred to the "peacekeeping" garrison on Mandalore; unable to bring himself to carry out his duty against his own people, an honorable medical discharge was faked and he left Imperial service.
He returned home ot Concord Dawn to find that his family had been murdered. Swearing vengeance, he took up his father's weapons, Mandalorian armor, and name and set out in pursuit of of his family's killers. Aurn discovered that the brutal murder had been carried out by dissidents of the Imperial occupation of Mandalore and he the regretted his decision to leave Imperial service. Through an old friend still in the military, he found that his family's murderers had already been captured and killed by an Imperial detachment on Ordo - all but one, who had escaped to Mandalore to join the resistance there. Aurn hired himself out as a mercenary to the peacekeeping force on Mandalore, still using his father's name, and relentlessly hunted down the final fugitive and brought him to justice.
With the collapse of the Empire, Aurn continued to perform mercenary work for the Remnant, up to and including service to self-styled warlord Moff Valatine, with his wife, Del Torven, and a band of like minded mercenaries.
DETAILED LIST OF PERSONALITY TRAITS/ HABITS/ QUIRKS: Calm and detached, a born leader. When not fighting, enjoys to read and listen to weighted 'tope. Is fastidious in his dedication to duty and the upkeep of his gear - holdover habits from his years of Imperial service. He is also fond of dry humor, gifted at deadpan delivery even in the face of battle. Also, despite his planet of birth, he does not sound like a native of Concord Dawn; his accent was washed away during his training at Carida.
WEAPONS AND BASIC EQUIPMENT: Personal armor is a throwback to an older era of Mandalorian supremacy, based on that of Mandalore the Preserver, in an effort to consolidate his twin heritages as both a Mandalorian and a soldier and to fulfill his role as a leader. His primary side-arm is his father's modified Bryar pistol; his favored main-gun is a Clone Wars era DC-15a, discovered and hidden on his farm as a child. For most trips, however, he typically carries a modified Bryar rifle (from which the pistol is actually evolved as a sawed-off variant) in addition to his father's pistol, a vibroshiv, a mid-grade security bypass, and a personal field disruptor.

BIOGRAPHY: Born to a secretive Clan of Renegade Mandalorians who view all current factions of Mandalorians as being heretic to the old ways, he claims to be from Shogun, but if the clan is there still or not is unknown, even its numbers and allegiance is suspect. Though it his known they did not go to Mandalore's aid during the occupation. Completing his rights of manhood and becoming a Soldier by custom at the age of 13, he sought out the instructions of an Echani swords man named Hanzo Detari, having developed a keen sense of blood lust, after completing the training at the age of 17 he was sent on a mission arranged by Hanzo with the Empire, in which he singlehandedly killed 50 Rebel Soldiers while only using his sword earning the title Kenpachi.
Departing his Master he kept most of his work with the Empire and various trouble spots, not really to the best amount of money but with the best chance of battle. As the Empire was pushed back and the Mandalorians joined the Empire, he soon found himself either needing to hide in the Rim or help the Empire push back what is now being called the New Republic. He could care less about the politics, but Imperial Aid could help his people restore Mandalore in a manner. Having became disillusioned with the other war lords and the petty stupid squabbles they have, he heads for a what information tells him is a group of Mandalorians working for a warlord named Valatine, at the very least it should be amusing for him. And who knows maybe he might see a face or two he knows, or maybe cut in the past. .
DETAILED LIST OF PERSONALTY TRAITS/ HABITS/ QUIRKS: He seems to have great respect, well for him at least for those who are able to battle well, or defeat him, Alderis also strongly believes that fun comes before working. In every battle, he tries to get as much enjoyment out of it as possible. On the other hand he tries to also defeat his enemies quickly at times defeating that purpose. Irrational to a certain extent and a very complex person, he exhibits a wide range of traits: lethargic, bloodthirsty, rebellious, empathetic, and wise. At best a Chaotic Neutral. Despite being bloodthirsty he has his own code of ethics On various occasions, he is seen putting fun before work, when in fact said work is the source of much of his amusement.
He also supersedes his Clan name for the Title of Kenpachi that he picked up from a swordsman Trainer, an Echani who practiced a from of culture not widely seen outside of a few sectors, but the title is earned from being the best swordsman and for killing the most. He never mentions his clan name or location, though he refers to Death Watch and the True Mandalorains as "Heretics to being a REAL Mandalorian" His armor is gold and black, with touches of gray, normally this means Justice and Revenge, to him both go hand in hand, and he wants his enemies to see him coming so he can break them apart.
Odd quirks are that he considers Death and injury nothing more than a price of battle, in much of the same way of the old Manadlorians, he also can get a bit pissed about not having his nightly path if it happens to often in a row as he perspires a lot, which is an oddity in the former for a Mandalorian. Another oddity of his is a very poor sense of direction, though he often hides this fact and keeps going onward. When asked about this he often shrugs and says, "whats it matter I'll get there sooner or later, might as well see what I run into on the way." He also has little in the way of tact often saying what he wants, or what comes to mind first. He also doesn't seem to be force sensitive in the least, just very lucky, and in battle can be a bit crazed and Zealous to say in the least. Speaks basic mainly, though he speaks Mando'a he seems so used to dealing with Imperials he rarely uses it.
WEAPONS AND BASIC EQUIPMENT: Reinforced custom Vibrosword, heaving a massive length of 43 inch's its a rather thin heavily notched curved blade weapon, that still has a fine cut to it. Other weapons not in the Armor, is an oddity and some would say scary, but a armored pack is on his back that looks like a square block of armor with hatches on the top. However its not a jet pack, but a 6 cell anti-material rocket launcher, used with grenade rounds it seems to scatter multiple explosives per rocket, good for light armor and massed Infantry, and light fortifications.
Basic Equipment, has a basic personal first aid kit, climbing wire of about 70 meter length, with a micro dart launching grapple line, a few rations, and an extra water bladder is connected to his suits internal system. And a Data-pad with a hacking system built into it, though he rather leaves hacking to others. Besides that he has a bag that he never carries into combat but holds his standard living kit. Pure Besker Armor with a blast-fiber underlay meaning survival against most infantry arms allowing his aggressive way of fighting to push ahead. In place of a jet pack his boots are a bit thicker and more bulky and house a pair of rockets allowing him to "leap" a good distance, but not really flight worthy, though in space they may be of more value.

BIOGRAPHY: (Warning, I went to town on this...it was just too much fun) ]Born to a smaller clan on Mandalore, Ka’ra was raised from birth to become a silent, unseen stalker, able to move amongst the emptiness of the forest or the bustling insanity of the towns. However, she quickly learned that being able to move unseen and unheard in a small community was an even greater feat than either of the others. Ka’ra, though small and agile, was caught time and again sneaking through the village well after she had been put to bed for the night. Chastened each time for her reckless nature, she never lost the desire to be able to move through any location without other noticing. Throughout her early years and pre-teens, Ka’ra would continue this habit of behaving for different lengths of time before once again trying to slip past the sentries and watching neighbors and into the dense forests. Finally, at fourteen, she succeeded. Then again. And again. Until finally, she was able to go where she pleased, when she felt like it. This proved an invaluable skill when she turned sixteen and her father took her out for a hunt that would prove that Ka’ra was ready to join the adult world. First climbing to the lower branches of the trees and then taking advantage of her small size to allow her to pad along the boughs, she was able to not only hunt unheard, but unseen. Her target? Her own father. Once they had traveled deep into the forest to where only thin game trails broke the undergrowth, her father had left her to find him and take him out with a stun blast. From her high vantage point in the trees, Ka’ra was able to track his movements, as well as the many animals below, as she slowly closed in. Eventually, she caught up to her father, then realized that her location would be easy to find, should she miss. Not only that, but it was predictable: the entire hunt had been moving southward. So instead of taking the easy shot and finishing the hunt, Ka’ra would slip through the canopy like a wraith until she had move in a wide arc, taking her behind her father. Finally, as her father lay apparently asleep in the undergrowth, invisible except for a small glint of blue armour, Ka’ra made her move, dropping from the trees like the native predators and aiming the blaster at the weak point in her father’s armour just below the arm…and stopped, instead calling out and waking him. Upon his questioning, she reasoned that by stunning him, she would have lost a potential ally for several hours, leaving her completely alone in the forest unnecessarily. Satisfied, her father took her back to the clan. More recently, she has continued honing her skills and taking on more and more difficult targets on the forest moon, helping to keep a supply of fresh meat at hand for the tiny Mandalorian outpost, supplied by her non-sentient targets, as well as expressing interest in moving to Keldabe, in order to stay better connected with the people and events taking place, before finally striking out on her own.
DETAILED LIST OF PERSONALTY TRAITS/ HABITS/ QUIRKS: Wary and slow to anger, Ka’ra is calculating and careful to make any move that might give her away if she should make a mistake. However, if she is angered, her mouth can sometimes run away with her. She is uncomfortable in large groups of people and thus prefers to avoid heavily populated urban sprawls unless absolutely necessary. She greatly enjoys using her hands and can often be found fashioning small items out of local plants and debris.

BIOGRAPHY: Tal was born on a space station that was attacked by pirates less than week after his birth. His uncle, one of the leaders of a paramilitary group, arrived to late to save his brother Tey’han and sister-in law, Veela. Their child was found under the floor that they had died upon, with their final wish that O’dosh (Tal’s uncle) should name him. He named the blood covered child Tal. He was raised by his uncle, and during this time he was trained by both his uncle and the mercenaries. He was raised alongside his "sister" Lunamara (the daughter of his surrogate mother). He spent much of his time in the various ships they traveled in, mostly learning to pilot and repair. He later found a knack for repairing and modifying various pieces of equipment and bypassing security measures. He went out on missions with the mercenaries on occasion to further his training and to gain experience. When he turned 13 he was officially inducted into the group and given his own set of mandalorian armor by his uncle.
After his official induction to the group, he still played a behind the scenes role. Mostly repairing and upgrading weapons armor and the various craft the group used. He did go into combat, but usually if it included a need to get through locks and computer systems. When his uncle became ill, the two took up residence on Mandalore where Tal then worked for a brief stint at MandalMotors in the computer systems department. He continued to work there until his uncles death. Upon leaving MandelMotors, he took with him a prototype semi-sentient AI program he was working on, that was scrapped and (officially) destroyed by MandelMotors executives. He later finished it and dubbed it the RUS-1, Ruusaan, and based the personality and (holographic) appearance after his sister. Tal spent much of his time during the Galactic Civil War working as a salvage tech and information broker, even designing a few starships independantly. He ran afoul the Empire more than a few times, mostly being wrong place at the wrong time. The rebellion helped him out of a few jams and he aided them on occasion, including running supplies to Echo base on Hoth. After the base was abandoned, and his debt paid he went back to running independent salvage ops.
By the destruction of the Second Death his ship (Junker IV a ZH-25 light freighter) had been all but destroyed. Using accumulated wealth (as well as …outside…aid), he has commissioned a dedicated salvage ship of his own design. Due to the size and complexity it’s requiring an extended amount of time to build and Tal has gone back to mercenary work in the meantime. His most recent contract being for an Imperial Moff…
DETAILED LIST OF PERSONILTY TRAITS/ HABITS/ QUIRKS: A masterful security slicer, he can break through almost any lock he might encounter. He has iron-clad patience but has been known to snap at random times and bury his fusion cutter into some of the more “stubborn” locks. Reserved, he tends to hang back an observe conversations and throw in a comment or joke here or there. He is fiercely loyal, and quick to volunteer. Since he tends to be more compassionate than most of his colleagues, he is usually labeled as a softie... or at least as much as a Mandalorian can be.
He is also a caf addict, and is usually seen with at least one cup of caf in hand, when not on a mission. Also, due to him being in constant contact with Ruusaan (his companion AI) he appears to talk to himself much of the time.
In combat he is highly proficient in ranged weaponry, but lacks all but the most rudimentary close-combat skills.
WEAPONS AND BASIC EQUIPMENT: Tal has built several sets of armor, each specializing in particular environments, Zero-g, Arid, and Cold Assault. Most of the time he wears his “General Purpose” set, which although similar in design to the standard shocktrooper armor, its plates all overlap in the front, eliminating the “gaps” He usually outfits himself with either a jump pack or a low altitude, high speed repulsor pack.
His primary weapon is a custom built blaster rifle. The “Lancer” has two settings; one is a normal setting standard to most rifles, while the other is a “lancer” shot. By over focusing the blaster bolt, it will become nearly invisible and have the capabilities to punch through some forms of armor. The downside is the power consumption is nearly tripled and too many consecutive shots can melt the focus crystal. Because of this, the focus chamber is capable of being "hot-swapped" for a new one.
Other than that he carries an old FWG-5 flecette pistol, a few grenades and a bit of detcord.
His left gauntlet contains most of his Computer and security interface tools, and also houses a small holoprojector. His right gauntlet houses a high output fusion cutter.

BIOGRAPHY: Felix was born the second son of Luca and Bellachay Niloufer, fairly well known weapon smiths and guns for hire. Raised alongside his brother, Felix was trained and drilled in both of his parents’ professions. Despite Felix’s natural aptitude for his work, his older brother Brody simply seemed to be a prodigal child concerning all manners of arms and fighting.
When the boys had come of age (Brody before Felix) they left the home they grew up in to market their skills on their own, often doing so as a pair, receiving minor fame in the city for being two Mandolorian brothers capable of tasks some veterans of the trade couldn’t handle. The boys lived fairly well as they honed their skills.
It was during this time however that things went south for the entire Niloufer family. As Felix fell in love with and eventually married a Wroonian named Kaikoura. It was around this time that Felix’s brother, who had been heavily using steroids to aid him in combat, began experimenting with spice for the same effect.
Not long after the marriage Kaikoura made a move to kill the Niloufer family. Succeeding in killing Bellachay and crippling Luca’s left leg before being chased off by a hazy eyed Brody. With the death of their mother, both Niloufer children left the planet. Brody became nearly instantly renowned for his efficiency in his contract work, and his spice use, which was often said to be one craving away from a full-blown addiction. Felix renounced his wife and spent some time trying to hunt her down, he has only been able to find that she was under contract by an unknown entity. Since then Felix has returned to mercenary work as well as weapon smithing, though he still keeps his ears open for any news of his brother or former wife.
DETAILED LIST OF PERSONALTY TRAITS/ HABITS/ QUIRKS: A little arrogant and stubborn. Having spent most of his life not having to work too hard for what he wants (and watching his brother not have to work at all) Felix has just recently come to terms with the fact that if one wants to be truly great at something they need to work at it, and work hard. Hates admitting he’s wrong. Tends to simply stop arguing instead of admitting defeat when he realizes he is.
Enjoys tinkering with weapons, pulling them apart and putting them back together. He performs better when he isn’t intently focusing on a task, leading him to chat and joke when working or fighting. In combat Felix much prefers low to mid ranged combat, specializing in urban areas. Although proficient with dual blasters, its rare to see him do so, though he often switches hands in times when it gives him a tactical advantage. If pulled into close combat, and Felix is unable to get enough distance to draw a blaster, he targets joints and utilizes small joint manipulation.
Doesn’t push for personal information, believes that if someone wants to tell about their past they’ll offer it up themselves. Despite hunting down his former wife, he wouldn’t be able to kill her.
Very often trains without his armor on, believing training with it on and wearing it too often causes an individual to depend on its protective qualities.
WEAPONS AND BASIC EQUIPMENT: 2 heavily modified blaster pistols (originally a DD6 and Power 5 heavy blaster pistol), 1 pistol slug thrower, and “Symphony,” a grenade launcher named for its ability to conduct wind (the noise the grenades make as they leave the tube,) percussion, (the explosion,) and vocals (screams and shouts.) Uses a telescoping stun baton in rare situations.

BIOGRAPHY: Skando was born to Arkanian offshoot travellers with a nomadic lifestyle and no true home. They travelled the galaxy making a pay as merchants. Of this life he remembers little as he was but of the age of five when this lifestyle ended. Truly of this time, his own name has been forgotten and knowledge of his native tongue impaired.
The reason for all this was a certain tragic event. As his family passed through only lightly monitored airspace, they caught the eye of Trandoshan slavers. These slavers (as truly there was non-trandoshans amongst their ranks) had been down on their luck and a ship with little to no external defences in unsecured airspace was too good for them to sanely ignore.
As soon as his family alerted danger they'd ordered him to run, he had then taken the initiative to hide in a ventilation shaft. Through these vents he witnessed the murder of his birth parents by the guttural speaking aliens. They plundered everything aboard with enthusiasm but were hoping for there to be more. Eventually Skando realized he'd need food so he attempted to sneak his way to gather some supplies as they kept the ship tractor beamed. He was caught in a hallway and due to his age was regarded as potential slave material. From then on he lived a relatively hellish existence.
He was spared of the worst of it due to him being considered 'exotic' as they intended to sell him off to some collector. There were other slaves who were not so fortunate. Slaves were used to repair external damage to the ships even as it was in flight, or in the worst of conditions, in fire fights. They were cheaper then astromechs. In this environment luck was more valuable then skill. Possibly the only reason Skando survived this was once again due to his being considered too 'exotic' to waste.
However, these events only continued for two years, as salvation would arrive in the form of the typical mandalorian hostility. The slave ship did not consider mandalorian space as mandalorian space and therefore transgressed through the loosely defined mandalorian territories.
Of course, when the mandalorians did not need an excuse to beat their arses and pissing them off further was never a good thing. As they boarded the slavers the slavers were more confused then anything and immediately regrouped (though sloppily) to meet this threat. This left an opportunity for the slaves. Skando being a strong willed youth immediately seized the opportunity. When the shields keeping them enclosed shut down to provide more power to the shielding he made a dash for it. He urged the other slaves to do the same but could not persuade them as they were either too traumatized, or feared the punitive beatings that might follow.
Skando was weak from the two years of captivity but desperation could make a weak child a strong man and with nothing but a blaster pistol and a small vibro-shiv he had scavenged from emergency supplies he set off for freedom or at least to die repaying some of his captors.
The power had gone out, and his above average dark vision served him well, he encountered two trandoshans, and without warning or pause, blastered one down, the trandoshans however weren't novices to combat and the survivor immediately set about revenging its fallen comrade. Skando's at the time small starved frame allowed him to narrowly avoid aimed blaster shots and he managed to stab the second trandoshan to death (all hail modern technology).
He progressed uneventfully until he made it to the main breach which saw the fiercest fighting, due to mandalorian superiority it was a one sided battle. He managed to kill a straggler as the mandalorians cut down the opposition.
Impressed with his victory a member of the raid adopted him as a son into the Karr clan, and he was given the name Skando. He was taken back to Mandalore which became his first true home. The mandalorians had a good deal of variation in ethnicity so he was not discriminated against. His personal strength and fast maturation saw him become a highly appreciated member of the mandalorian community.
He was particularly notable for his proficiency in dueling with blades, modified to almost non-lethal standards of course as the duels were sporting. It was under the tutelage of adopted parents and of the generous mandalorians that he became a strong man with strong values in honesty and loyalty.
When the imperials occupied Mandalore he suffered seeing his people subjugated and disliked the prospect of him becoming the same way, whatever feelings he had of the imperials he could not at that time allow himself allegiance to the Empire. Thus he left like many mandalorians to find work as hired arms. He had limited success in this and even though the career was less then a decade in length he had frequent ups and downs. In the ups he managed to purchase equipment, including claiming a ship, cheap as it was. In the downs he'd have to sell minor amounts of equipment and the condition of his ship would deteriorate.
He has minor to null infamy within the galaxy as a Mandalorian mercenary is one among many. He has taken leave from the mercenary life for a time to pursue his own mandalorian heritage more firmly. Of course, he is rather poor in credits. He now has no ship but retains a wide variety of equipment, as tools of the job.
When his ship kicked the bucket and he had a falling out with his old mercenary gang (who truly he’d been apart of for no more then a few months), he felt it was time to return home. The Empire wasn’t going to go away and he could not continue running. Perhaps, with his growth of maturity he could now stand to see them in a more positive light. Thus, on his trip home, he’ll have to see what opportunities await him.
DETAILED LIST OF PERSONALTY TRAITS/ HABITS/ QUIRKS: Skando has a personality that seems rife with internal conflict largely hidden behind both his armour’s intimidating visage and his own externally projected confidence. While presenting himself as a close-minded overly self-confident man of fearful conviction he tends to internally question himself excessively.
He also can not get the mando'a accent out of his basic at all, nor would he want to. He has a deep code of honour that he'll hold in higher regards to any personal feelings concerning morality. He is loyal to a fault. He will follow someone he respects loyally even if it puts him in great danger. He will however not be loyal to someone he loses respect for, a trait that’s been a constant problem to him in his chosen career.
He has absolute faith in the superiority of the Mandalorian way, slightly less so in their own warrior abilities as he has a fearful distrust of force-users. He still holds that he'd rather die like a 'man' then as some lowly 'cheapshotter' or lightsaber wielding magician.
He has the habit of hitting material objects when he loses patience and has a hard time sympathizing with those he perceive to be weak or distinctly non-mandalorian.
He speaks Mando'a and Basic fluently. A smattering of his knowledge of Arkanian remains but would likely offend any fluent Arkanian speaker, or at least make him look as if he learned it as a second or third language.
Skando is no genius, but he is not stupid either, his tendency to act on emotion and impulse does however make him seem as such.
He has a love of bladed weapons finding them more personal and intimate in combat. Due to the sacrifice of using such weapons against modern weaponry they take on the role of a guilty pleasure, or for countering opponents with melee weapons.
He has repressed large parts of his childhood before the age of six, thus little reminders can stir him a little. In relation to this he has mixed feelings on slavery, for one the mandalorian way says it is their punishment for being defeated but he can not help feeling little pangs of unease concerning it, perhaps this is why the Empire’s rule offends him.
WEAPONS AND BASIC EQUIPMENT: Like a good mandalorian, he applies the 'p' for plenty philosophy to his equipment. He carries two heavily modified DE-10 blaster pistols modified to the standards of heavy blaster pistols. Like the standard DE-10 blaster pistols they are heavy and pack a large punch. He has improved their damage output at the cost of any potential for a stun setting. His blasters are more susceptible to overheating then the standard model. Due to the focusing crystal used in his blasters, they may misfire occasionally. He carries a pretty standard vibroblade (in the fashion similar to that of a traditional beskad).
His main equipment is his mandalorian armour, with the clothing under it (visible between plates) being a bland dark grey, the main plates being black and the trim a blood red. Like most mandalorian armour the helmet includes a lot of benefits, such as a sophisticated heads-up display, re-breather, expanded vision and numerous little settings for different light conditions.
His clothing is largely fireproof. He managed to get armour made with authentic mandalorian iron, as opposed to the durasteel variants which seem to be becoming more popular as the beskar mines are exploited by imperials. Mandalorian Iron is not cheap and thus its use consists in plates with rather large gaps (think of the modern Super-commando look sported by people such as Boba Fett and Jodo Kast)
ARMOR WEAPON ATTACHMENTS: As the popular mandalorian trend, he likes integrating gadgets and other things into his armour. To that end he has a fiber wire grappling hook capable of supporting his full weight built into one gauntlet and a retractable vibroblade in the other.
His armour also sports an optional jetpack, which is acknowledged as a liability thus only used when it can most prove an asset.
His boots have added grip, and minor climbing hooks extend from the sides of his gauntlets.
His armour, while cared for extensively shows the mark of many combat situations. He takes great pride in its appearance but can't quite hide the damages it has suffered.
He has adorned the chest-plate with the Mandalorian insignia and bears na archaic neo-crusader symbol on his shoulder as to honour ancient times.

BIOGRAPHY: Grond was born in the Houk colony on Sriluur, and like most Houks, had a violent upbringing. He spent some of his late teens and early adult years in competitive cage fighting, but a broken leg shut down his career before it could go very far. As he recovered, Grond took a liking to sport shooting, and when he fully recovered he found himself trying to find and use bigger and badder guns. It didn't take him long to look into mercenary work as a mix of his loves of both big guns and melee combat. He was trained and employed by the Black Ice Company mercenary corps and was quite successful at his work. However, the company started incurring heavier and heavier debts with high maintenance costs and eventual discovery of embezzlement at several levels of command and management. The Black Ice Company shut down and officially dissolved with the fall of the Empire. Yet again, Grond found himself without a job and without much of a direction in life. He spent the next three weeks in varying states of drunkenness, starting a few barfights, and wandering from cantina to cantina to drown his anger, uncertainty, and fear in alcohol. As the fourth week rolled in, he happened to stumble into a cantina that happened to be hosting a division of Del and Aurn Maro's Mandalorian mercenaries, who were gathering information as well as seemingly relaxing a bit on leave. He recognized them fairly quickly (their reputation preceded them in mercenary circles) and he struck up conversation with a few of their members. He felt he had nothing to lose, and soon offered his services as a fellow mercenary. They let him sober up, ran him through field trials, and he was accepted. Grond has fought with the Mandalorians since, and he loves the feeling of communal identity and purpose that they give him. He may be Houk, but he is also becoming Mando'ade.
DETAILED LIST OF PERSONALTY TRAITS/ HABITS/ QUIRKS: Grond is a typical Houk in that he is violent, aggressive, sometimes underhanded, and undeniably brutal. He enjoys blowing folks away with big guns or personally breaking their limbs with his bare hands, and either way, he seems to take perhaps a bit too much pleasure in killing people. When he is unloading a heavy weapon on his foe, the evil smirk that appears is said to chill even some of the most hardened veterans. Grond generally doesn't mess around in a fight, though he might tease out of battle. He will not toy with people in combat, and he will certainly not lay easy on anyone. He is efficient and rather pragmatic, except when it comes to his weaponry. The bigger, heavier, and more destructive the gun, the better; especially if he can carry it and use it without a mount or tripod. He enjoys putting his immense strength and toughness to use in any way, whether it's for fighting (his favorite method) or for mundane manual labor. His temperament is generally level-headed, arrogant, and slightly mischievous. He is a bully, he knows it, and he loves it. He is not often get enraged, though he is often and easily annoyed. When he is enraged, expect plenty of property damage and broken bodies around him. Grond is slowly but surely coming around to the Mandalorian way of life. He doesn't pick up the language very readily, nor does he usually have the pity to spare orphans and widows, but he understands the reasons behind their culture and accepts most of it as his own. His biggest fears are to lose purpose in life and, strangely enough, parasites and vermin in general. He turns his fear in to hate more often, though, and will grow increasingly despondent or violent if threatened with such things. Grond is a rather poor sport and doesn't like to lose, but is learning more “fair play” in his time with the Mandalorians. He is a surprisingly good cook, a hard worker, and would also be a good teacher if he wasn't so cruel.
