Alderis stops cleaning his sword and lowers it to his side. "hmm plains clothes...Well getting the armor aboard won't be a problem, kill them all and then take all the crap aboard, or I can get a few Gonks and smuggle everything in, then we kill everyone on the ship. Either way works for me. And do with have any intel?, I know most of the intel went with Zinj and the Warlords in the Core, so I don't expect too much. Then again we got beskar, if we have too, blow a few air locks let em all suck vac." Lowering his feet from the table Alderis sits straighter adjusting his helmet.

Felix stared at Alderis with a shocked and furious horror. "If he gets me killed, I'm going to be real pissed." Felix stood up, for him the mission briefing was over. "Just do what you're told, your ideas sound about as good as going into this firefight with my pants around my ankles." With that Felix began making his way out of the briefing room to remove the rest of his armor.

Skando Karr always felt naked in a fire fight without his armor, so the situation made him a little uneasy, although he was quite confident in his abilities and those around.
He briefly paused from checking his sometimes finicky blaster pistols to send a friendly warning Alderis' way. "Not meanin' any disrespect but if ya get me killed on my first big mission, I'll have ta kill ya."
He pondered a bit then added in "Its not like I don' have a healthy attachment to my armor but it seems a bit risky sneakin' it in, they might catch us with our pants down, not unlike the situation Felix there described. That and it can seriously blow our cover, then again, won't matter much if we're dead."
He then turned back to checking his blasters, still attentive to the rest of the briefing.

As if a switch was thrown inside of his mind Alderis in a fit of rage jumps out of his chair swinging his sword he cuts the solid durasteel chair neatly in half in a swift motion at its base, fallowed up with an equally fast motion splting the upper half as well. With a sinister tone to his voice he looks at the other two mercs.
"And let that show all of you, this old man still has some fight and this, this isn't a toy, I have killed hundreds if not thousands of men on this blade. I take my orders only From Tails and her Man. And the Old Man of course, I'm here to fight and to see to it mandalore is restored. If not for Hertics like some in this room the glory of Mandalore would not be tarnished! Now Mandalore is nothing but a bunch of dogs working for the best coin, or those murderous fools in the Death Watch! How we have fallen....Udesii....Udesii."
Saying the last part to himself more or less he seems to calm down placing his sword in its scabard he takes a deep breath and claps his hands together and delivers a bow towards Del and Aurn. "Sorry for the outburst commanders. I only wish to fight the enemy...the mercenery antics and general concern of ones own life above the future of Mandalore among some in our group is testing my resolve. I will replace the chair out of my own pocket from pay for this mission, and I request Permission to leave for my quaters till we depart. I think it would be best for us all. Maybe after this mission I, well we will be more....civil."
OOC Bio changes we are going with him being a more stern grandfatherly figured of the group age is 44. That way maybe we'll have less friction.

"Everybody hold on! Felix, Kenpachi, sit your shebs back down. We might be mercenaries, but I'm still the one in command here and you'll excuse yourselves when I tell you." She eyed them both for a long, hard second before speaking again.
"There seems to be some confusion here about orders, so I'm going to straighten it out. Firstly, in case some of you didn't realize, Aurn is in command of the shuttle group. Everyone excluding myself and Greyheed will be with him on the shuttle. Your armor is to remain in the hangar of the Renegade so that when you return for part two of the assignment you can suit up quickly to be prepared for the assault on the pirate base." She swore under her breath, glancing over at Aurn so he could see her frustration.
"The plan for incursion into the pirate base is simple... Greyheed and I infiltrate, disabling their defenses. The rest of you under Aurn's command will assault the base, taking out any resistance." Her eyes turned to Alderis, narrowing to glowering slits. "The cost of a new chair is coming from your share, Kenpachi and from now on you will come to meetings without your weapons or I'll have you detained. Is that clear?"
Without waiting for a response she motioned to the group. "Now you are dismissed, we'll meet on the Kappa shuttle in 20 standard minutes. If you're late it comes out of your pay."

"That goes for all of you - no weapons in the briefing room. If I catch any one of you with a weapon here again, I will have you hauled to the brig. Mercenaries we may be, but we are soldiers first - still and always. Professionalism before pride; efficiency before egotism. You lose your head in the field, you may not get it back," Aurn said, the old sergeant's steel working itself into his voice. The same steel in his eye, he swept his glance over those assembled and added, "Is that clear?"

Tilting his helmeted head in a manner that seems to suggest he agrees Alderis looks toward Aurn. "Son its damn good to see a true mandalorian. I normally would not go anywhere minus a weapon much less the armor, but this is your command and your ship. You command and I obey as Mandalorians should there commanders. And yeah shame about the chair it was rather nice.." Taking a step out of the doorway he stops and looks back at the other team members.
"And don't worry this damn old fool as you may see him carries more than this pig sticker, much more, you Kids pay attention and learn, then I can go home and retire. Not everything is as it appears." Walking out of the doorway he heads towards the crew compartment and his room to ready himself for the mission.

Felix stared at the destroyed chair with his mouth open, more shocked by the outburst itself than the display of skill. Doing as Del ordered him he sat down in the same seat he had been in before. Not usually one to miss an opportunity to add insult to more insult, Felix bit back his question about how many chairs had also died on the end of his sword, as it would have more than likely gotten Del even more upset.

Skando Karr, watched the demonstration unflinchingly, he raised an eyebrow behind his helmet in curious surprise, wondering what the chair did to offend Alderis, he could not think of a reason, but he made a silent bet with himself that the table would be next to go, it had seemed rather cheeky of late.
"No weapons next time?" such a concept felt like a crime to his mandalorian sensabilities, but he wasn't incharge and at the very least it would help him resist temptation to destroy furniture, "Crystal clear."
On dismissal, he calmly made his way to the doorway to further prepare for the upcoming mission.

The Houk sighed rolled his eyes as Alderis cut up his chair in response to those who insinuated that he was an old fool. Perhaps he proved them right by his action, but the matter closed quickly, thankfully. When Grond heard he was part of the plainclothes team, he was unfazed. He had been in battles with and without armor, so the matter made little difference to him. It would be just like old times, he thought.
As they were dismissed, Grond got up last and approached Del and Aurn.
"I assume us plainclothes folk are to bring only sidearms?" he asked quietly, "The big guns and swords would make the pirates suspicious, but being unarmed would be equally shifty, wouldn't it?"
